Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made through https://keelscope.com. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't, don't place the order — email hello@keelscope.com and we'll answer any question first.

1. Who we are

Keelscope (“Keelscope”, “we”) sells ready-made automation workflow files and automation consulting. Contact: hello@keelscope.com.

2. What we sell

Most of our items are digital downloads: packs of workflow files for n8n, together with setup guides and templates. Payment gives you an immediate, non-expiring download link, shown on your order page and emailed to you.

We also sell a scheduled consulting call, which is fulfilled by a booking link emailed within one business day.

Every item is listed with its price, its deliverable and its turnaround. The deliverable text shown at checkout is the definition of what you are buying — it also appears on your invoice, and it is the standard against which a refund request is judged. Everything is charged once; nothing renews and there is no recurring charge.

2a. What you need to run the workflows

Our workflow files require your own installation of n8n (self-hosted or n8n Cloud) and your own accounts with whichever services a workflow connects to. We are not affiliated with n8n or with any platform our workflows integrate with, and the price you pay us does not include any third-party subscription. Each product page lists what a workflow connects to before you buy.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are charged once, at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed by PayPal on its own pages. We never receive or store your card number.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we email you a numbered invoice.
• We may decline an order and refund it in full — for example if the request is outside our competence, or would require us to breach a third party's terms of service. We will tell you why.

4. Your responsibilities

Delivery depends on information only you have. You agree to provide an accurate brief, correct contact details, and any access we reasonably need to do the work. Turnaround times start once we have what we need.

You confirm that the work you ask for is lawful, and that you have the right to grant us access to any system or data you give us access to.

5. Delivery

Downloads are delivered automatically the moment payment clears. The link appears on your order page and in your confirmation email, does not expire, and has no download limit. Your order page records each time the file was served.

For the consulting call, the booking link is emailed within one business day. If we are going to miss that, we will tell you before the deadline rather than after it, and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Licence and ownership

On payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use and modify the workflow files in your own business, on as many of your own n8n instances as you like. There is no seat limit and no renewal.

What you may not do is resell, sublicense or redistribute the files as a product themselves — for example listing them on a template marketplace. Using them to deliver work to your own clients is fine.

Anything we write specifically for you during a consulting engagement is yours outright.

7. Refunds

8. Limitation of liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care, but software has bugs and automation touches systems we don't control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

9. Acceptable use

We will not build anything intended to send unsolicited bulk messages, scrape or automate a platform in breach of its terms, misrepresent identity, evade fraud or security controls, or process data you are not entitled to. Orders of this kind are declined and refunded.

10. Confidentiality

We treat anything you share about your systems and business as confidential and do not disclose it, except where required by law. We do not use your data to train models or sell it to anyone.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you placed it; changes are not retroactive.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.
